We Vibed

He gave me enough space

Without being in my face

Just the right amount of attention

Hardly showed up in my mentions

Because he wasn’t fake

And we didn’t do dates

We vibed…

We were a part of the same tribe.

It’s easy for you to relate to people. Well, on this level. You tend to be everywhere so when you meet someone who keeps you right here… you attach yourself to them. Luckily, there isn’t anything wrong with that except that this vibe is probably momentary.

Yep, just as unexpectedly as it began, presume it will end the same way. Living realistically is similar to being grounded. So, a futuristic heartbreak between the two of you has crossed your mind.

No one wants to live in the torment of anxiety and relationship unknowns. That’s why it’s beneficial to acknowledge them and read this list of “self-love goals” for inspiration.

Take More Walks

You may not feel like hitting up the gym, but it’s beneficial if you do. Physical activity releases dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin into your brain. Yep, the body’s natural feel good drugs!

Eat at the Restaurant

I know, going to brunch by yourself can seem scary. But once you get that first mimosa in your system; you will care less. Bring your headphones and watch Netflix while you enjoy being catered too.

Express Yourself

No need to share it with the world. Dive into a craft you enjoy just to destroy it or burn it. Whether you enjoy sewing up a voodoo to throw into the ocean or writing your Ex’s poetic obituary. Do it to relieve your anger, not to share it with the world. Then move on, thank you nEXt!
